PSALM 111 continued...

"Great are the works of the Lord;
They are studied by all who delight in them.
Splendid and majestic is His work,
And His righteousness endures forever.
He has made His wonders to be remembered."
(verses 2-4)

What are most of the national parks and state parks?  What are most of the seven wonders of the world?  Think of the Grand Canyon, Niaggra Falls, Yellowstone, Yosemite, Victoria Falls just to begin with.  What about the hushed sanctuary standing among the giants in a redwood forest?
Aren't they a place to study the works of the Lord, to delight in them because what God worked six days to create, He esteemed it to be good.  He delighted.  Here I go again back to Proverbs 8:30-31...

"Then I was beside Him, as a master workman;
And I was daily His delight,
Rejoicing always before Him,
Rejoicing in the world, His earth,
And having my delight in the sons of men."

I will never be able to see and study all of God's wonderful works that can make me

But we will be filled up with all the fullness of wonder in the New Creation God has made for us!  It will make our heads spin.  I don't know how God will top all of this, but He has promised He will.  It is because He rejoices and delights in creation.   In the Beginning God created the heavens and the earth...God said, "Let there be...and there was."  Sometimes I think some of the beauty displayed was created when He was speaking and laughter burst forth with such delight that splendor simply popped out!
